Delivery & Returns Policy
Shipping Policy
Squirrel Games offers two methods of shipping:
- Courier to your door via Courier Guy
Courier to your door is available via Courier Guy. Please ensure that your customer information is up-to-date and lists the address you’d like your parcel delivered to.
- Collection in Cape Town
Orders can be collected from our depot in Sonstraal Heights, Cape Town by prior arrangement.
Should you wish to collect your parcel please contact us at info@squirrelgames.co.za to arrange a date and time.
Returns Policy
If you receive the wrong item or the merchandise is faulty, please contact us immediately. Any return requires pre-approval. To return any items, email us at info@squirrelgames.co.za with your contact details as well as your order number and we will guide you through the returns process.
Squirrel Games will accept returns on all unopened products within 10 days of delivery. Squirrel Games does not cover shipping costs on returns. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if store credit is elected as the refund method.
If a sealed product contains missing or damaged parts, you will have to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. Please contact Squirrel Games if you need help finding the contact information for the manufacturer.
We are unable to accept returns on singles, for any card- based games. The only exception to this policy is if you have received a card in a condition inconsistent with the guidelines of our Grading Policy. If you feel this applies to a card you have purchased, email info@squirrelgames.co.za within 3 days of delivery to resolve the issue via exchange or refund. Please wait for approval before sending back any merchandise.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as promptly as possible at info@squirrelgames.co.za. If any items in your order have already been ordered from a supplier, then we unfortunately will not be able to offer full refunds as you will be liable for our costs incurred.
